All Pro Builders was founded by Paul Paniagua in 1989, and has developed an outstanding reputation in the city of Fullerton and surrounding areas since its inception.

Before starting the company, Paul had already been exposed to the trade by his father, Joseph Paniagua, which allowed him the hands-on training he needed to be successful in the industry. By 1989, Paul had obtained his Contractors License and established All Pro Builders. Soon, he even invited his father to work for the company, and the family business continued to grow.

In a way, this sense of family plays a large part in how All Pro Builders operates. We understand that when we are working for a client, we are working on a "home," not just a house. This allows a great personal and business relationship to develop, encouraging communication between both parties, which leads to satisfied clients and successfully completed home improvement projects.

As a Design-Build Contractor, we specialize in residential remodeling, from kitchens to bathrooms to complete home remodels. The company is founded on the principles of "Honesty and Integrity" and all members of the All Pro team work hard to make the home remodeling experience as clean, easy, and painless as possible.

With regard to community involvement, we enjoy giving back to our community as much as possible. We’ve been blessed to be able to touch so many lives, with a focus on the children. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Fullerton Boys & Girls Club, Ronald McDonald House, Fullerton Firefighters Association are among those that we have chosen to support, as well as sponsoring many of the local youth sports teams.

We offer free proposals and our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also offer Saturday appointments between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. We accept Visa and MasterCard and also offer a financing program sponsored by the Gas Company.
