Design-Build Construction is a service that incorporates high quality, professional design with high quality, professional construction. Below are the basic phases within a Design-Build Agreement.

Introductory meeting—Initial discussion with client to gather information, establish scope of work and determine the budget for the project.

Preliminary Design & Design Agreement—Further define scope of work and develop a floor plan for client review, single revision of plans allowed, move forward with Design Agreement. Design fee required at this stage; cost determined based on each individual project.

Design Development—Develop the details and non-structural specifications of the project, finalizing the plans and price of the project as specified.

Construction Drawings—Development of the final structural plans and construction details.

Construction—Submission of the final plans to city building department, receive permit, schedule commencement of construction.
